In today's market, great agents always require a buyer representation agreement. Most managing brokerages also require their agents to keep one on file. After all, teaming up with an incredible real estate professional to find your perfect home can be a lengthy process, and it only makes sense that both parties expect the other to be equally committed to each other. That said, we are highly confident in our ability to serve you and would never want you to feel "stuck" for any reason. All we ask is that you communicate your concerns to us and give us a chance to alleviate them. If for any reason that isn't possible, we're happy to cancel our agreement, as we'd much rather have you as a part of the family for life.
We want you to love and be happy with your new home. If you buy a home and, for whatever reason, aren't happy with it within the first 6 months, we will re-list it for you for free, meaning you'll only pay half of the standard commission to the buyers agent, as long as you buy the replacement home through us.
