My fiancé and I just finished working with Mike as he helped us purchase our first home. During the entire process, he was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. He always had our best interest in mind as the buyers and helped us stay persistent to finally get an offer accepted on a house that we love! We had a unique financing situation too, and he worked very diligently with the lender to ensure that our transaction was completed within the 30 day close. I could not have had a better experience working with Mike! He knows so much about the markets in the area and gave me EXCELLENT recommendations on when and where to buy. I have never met someone more responsive or on top of all the paperwork involved in purchasing a home. He is very good at negotiating a price and acts as a great liaison between lender, escrow, and seller. I am a very detailed-oriented person, and Mike’s level of scrutiny surpassed even my expectations. I have worked with other agents in the past and have heard the horror stories that come from using a bad agent...I would recommend Mike Weber to anyone interested in buying a home. He really knows his stuff and will work overtime to make sure you are satisfied.

My husband hired Mike Weber to sell a condominium rental property.  After a number of health challenges, he wanted to simplify his life by letting go of this property.  We were cautious about hiring an agent after a previous, somewhat negative experience selling a different property.  But we both felt really good about Mike from the very beginning.  He had the energy, temperament and know-how that seemed just right.  During the course of the sale, Mike got hit with many obstacles.  Looking back, I'm amazed he didn't quit.  It was discovered that the person who was supposed to be managing the property had not been managing it.  To our embarrassment and frustration, this person treated Mike rudely even after being let go in any property management capacity.  There were serious issues in the condo that needed immediate attention.  Mike helped us through all of that (mold mitigation / environmental testing, non-compliant fixtures, absent alarms, and even an emergency gas leak) -- he was always there knowing exactly what to do and responding immediately.  We were in a different state which made things significantly more complicated.  And the tenants were, for a time, uncooperative.  Then the unexpected worst happened -- my husband of 30 years passed away suddenly.  I was in shock.  Mike was sensitive to what such loss and grief meant for my functioning as well as understanding of what the death meant for the deal.  He held the sale together with the buyers throughout the probate process.  When it seemed the sale would be wrapped up without further delay, the other beneficiary of the condo sale at the last moment refused to sign off at the probate hearing causing further delays.  No matter what was thrown at Mike, he stayed calm and dealt with it, staying in communication with myself, the lawyers and the buyers, keeping everything going right up until the sale was finalized.  I am convinced we did not lose the buyers because of Mike's excellent communication skills.  Mike is one of those rare people who are perfect for the job they are doing, and I am so thankful I had his help with this difficult sale at this difficult time.  He earned every penny of his commission, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've been in touch with plenty of agents in the past and Mike just started out different. Mike took the time to discuss and figure out the type of property that suited my needs. At no time did I feel pressured to pick a specific property, and I truly felt Mike kept my interests front and center during the entire process. When we encountered trouble from the other side of the transaction Mike kept me updated and did what he could to make sure we were prepared for all contingencies.

Mike was a diligent agent (I was the buyer) who let me drive the search for a house yet paid attention to what was important to me and was able to recommend properties that suited my needs. Never did I feel pressured and I always felt like Mike looking out for my interests over simply pushing a sale. Once we found the property Mike kept me, a first time buyer, aware of what was coming up and helped me get through some potentially difficult situations when the sellers threw curve balls. We closed on schedule (a tight schedule at that) and I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mike again.

I am beyond thankful for Michael Weber. I live out of state and had the responsibility of handling my mother's estate after she passed away. Mike is amazing. He helped us sell our house and we got significantly over the Zillow estimate and more than our neighbors who had a newer and slightly bigger home. Mike is an expert in the business, extremely responsive and super knowledgeable. I have bought and sold homes before and Mike is the best and there is really no one better that I can think to work with.

Mike is a pleasure to work with and we were glad he was there to help guide us through the home buying process! From start to finish he was just fantastic. A good friend and I decided to buy a place together. Since this was our first home purchase we had a lot of questions and wanted to look at quite a few properties. He never pushed us and walked us through every question or concern we had. Mike easily worked around both of our work schedules and we never felt stressed throughout the transaction. Everything he told us and the advice he gave us always turned out to be spot on! Once we finally found the right home and got our offer accepted it turned out our lender couldn't finish our loan within 30 days. Mike immediately got us in with another lender that could close on time and she made it happen. He was also a phone call away to help us with some repair issues we had after escrow closed! I have bought and sold a great deal of real estate over the years. Most agents have been disappointing. Michael Weber is very professional, easygoing, and very on top of the details. Rather than disappearing after we opened escrow, he remained attentive, and the paperwork was always right there when I needed it. I highly recommend him. The Southbay area of Los Angeles has a LARGE number of personable, charming and incompetent real estate agents. I would recommend that people avoid them and use Michael if they have a need for someone skilled and highly competent.

Michael is an amazing Realtor, and it was a pleasure working with him! He did an INCREDIBLE job from start to finish on our complex transaction! He is highly ethical, honest, reliable, and available. He genuinely cares about your needs and really takes the time to listen, and he's extremely detail oriented. We were working with another Realtor for some time who failed to listen to what we wanted and wasn't able to help us find a suitable property. We happened to run into to Michael when he was delivering the keys to the buyers of another unit in our building that he had sold when we explained what we were looking for to him. He quickly put together a list of properties that met our specific needs and helped us find an amazing triplex with two 1 bedroom rentals and a 3 bed 2 bath main house that was perfect for us! It worked out that we will end up paying a marginal amount of money because of the rental units, from day one, to have the whole main house to ourselves! Amazing! Where Michael really shined was negotiating on our behalf through the entire transaction. We had several major issues come up, but Michael was on top of it every step of the way, protecting our interests and providing strong representation, saving us TONS of money! He ended up negotiating a HUGE price reduction for us! And I mean HUGE! Even after closing, we realized escrow missed a credit that we were due, and Michael went to work and got the seller to cough up the money for us. No matter what came up, we felt we had the best representation imaginable! I could tell that Michael worked diligently for us and went way above and beyond to get our deal done and hold everything together! We will, unequivocally, recommend our closest friends and family members to him and use him for all of our future real estate needs! In fact, we already listed the property we're moving out of with him!
