The Manhattan Beach Hill Section is a wonderful part of Manhattan Beach. There is a wide variety of homes and properties in this area. The Hill Section sits east of the Manhattan Beach Sand Section and west of Pacific Coast Hwy., making it an excellent compromise to the more condensed MB sand section. Many of the homes for sale in the hill section are on much larger lots than the sand section and many that are closer to the beach can have views. Most of the hill section is still just a short walk to beach and the strand, no more than 1 mile at the farthest point. Prices range from around $1m up to $10m + generally speaking, making this part of Manhattan Beach a more affordable option to the often more expensive sand section.
